北京邮电大学主办的2009年度国际通信技术和应用会议(ICCTA 2009)在北京召开。陈里波博士担任本次会议组织委员会主席，同时负责移动信息管理（Mobile Information Management）方向的稿件评审。

移动信息管理方向包括：
